Pseudosasa Japonica
One of the more than 1000 species of bamboo. Another bushy plant which branches at the tip of the culm to produce a multitude of leaves. The white leaf sheaths remain attached giving the culms a variegated appearance. Grows to 3.5 metres in ideal conditions.
