Core binding factor
The Core binding factor (CBF) is a group of heterodimeric transcription factors.
Core binding factors are composed of:
- a non-DNA-binding CBFβ chain (CBFB)
- a DNA-binding CBFα chain (RUNX1, RUNX2, RUNX3)
